W.C. Percy (Kit Killbird)

A well known American Sportsman in the late 1800's wrote the book "Dog Paths to Success", which was quickly sold out.  He later sold his copyright to an Author named "Ashmont" who revised and extended his work.  This edition was published in 1886 under the name "Principles of Dog Training".

It is interesting to note the authors early comments on the importance of the temper and attitude of the trainer.  It is a common theme for the more "humane" trainers of the time.
