So a few things. I think it’s great that you are running with her to relieve her pent up energy.
It is ok for her to run ahead of you but she shouldn’t be hauling you with the leash while running. If this is normally how you interact with her outside of your home and yard of the home it can be counterproductive to leash manners.
Here is why: every time you bring her out you let her run full speed pulling you along the way. She anticipates getting to run with you and is reinforced for tension on the leash. Now you want to teach her no tension but she already has this pattern established.
Is it an option to exercise her in the back yard so that your outside walk can focus on leash manners? If not do you have an area outside of the house that you can let her run using a retractable leash? ( somewhere safe from car traffic?)
Don’t underestimate the power of tug to relieve pent up energy, especially in these bully breeds.

I really think changing her training equipment will be a big help once she recovers from her spay procedure.

Keep us posted on your progress. You will get there!
