    Hi James and Sharon too! You actually cant attach a video file to the site. But, you can you tube a video…or….the new chat has a feature to video chat with us and we can stream line a video and communiate and see whats going on. Its a great feature that will definitely help! As long as you have a web cam, or a phone with a camera it should work ok. I have an android and it works great on my phone. Im not sure hownit is with the I phone…Mike (admin) and I can always schedule a time where we can try with you to trouble shoot what behaviors are going on.
