    This comment is a while later in 2026, but point 3 I really like that you account for lack of (direct) experience does not necessarily equal inability, but that in certain cases experience is necessary for a successful outcome and the idea about being committed to their success even if it means referring out.

    And I like under number 7, mentioning trainer availability to follow up and through to the end on programs I think is well worth being said.

    Also the item in there specifying refraining from talking about other trainers is gold.

Any tone that is less than respectful.  If in doubt please report borderline disrespectful behavior.  The forums must remain a safe and non-judgmental area to encourage students and trainers to participate and offer help without backlash.
