Something like: “where such customers are born” 😀 Very good training session. I watched the Q&A replay and I’m impressed that so much was accomplished in one session. I’m a bit curious about what they did in the group lessons, because, however, to hit a dog + client who are so poised at the first session is rare. Now I’m working with a great doberman but his owner doesn’t pay much attention to training and has bad habits like “no, means no” but no one but him knows what that “no” means. I try to show him what to do by practicing with his dog myself (I am a little less afraid of such a big dog knowing that he will associate me with rewards :D). With you, everything is very well explained and the clients seems to really understand what you are saying to them. You have moved a ton of things from Phase 1. Good job!
