I think it’s hard to say, the article doesn’t really give that much info…. like it says she shot the dog, but that she died to, and that the dog wasn’t hers and all the animals were impounded. That’s all I got out of it. I think these happen way more than are being reported. I’m not sure what the criteria is for them to make the news.
