    OK, I just reread the Wednesday message. Definitely sounds like it is VPN issue if Vimeo believes you may be a spam bot. A lot of spammers (for instance in comments) use VPN servers. So depending on the company many of the VPN servers IPs get flagged. I used NordVPN company in the past, and didnt have any issues like that. You may want to look into that company or check the reviews of the one that you are using to see if it has been a problem. VPN services are not all created equal.
