The biggest thing I get from that is that you are playing, play is much different than fighting, but even after a fight, if the dog wins it would be acceptable for them to stop. For example if Storm gets a creeper to retreat…then great let’s get out of there and celebrate how awesome she is…I don’t need or want her to chase them off and maul them to death if she doesn’t see a reason to. She is after all a guardianship breed not a game bred dog. Genetically, she should be generally satisfied with the bad guy or threat being neutralized or deterred….(we’ll see more as she starts biting….but knowing her she would rather leave with me than fight till lights out.
Come to think of it…even when we play (as humans) the game is over when someone wins. Unless they are a sore winner….but in humans its usually the loser who wants a rematch lol
