Please let us know specific information about interaction during the house.  Specifically:

Resting places: does this dog go on beds and furniture with humans?

 

Affection:. Does this dog ask for and recieve affection outside of initial greetings?

 

How is food managed?

 

How are toys managed? And does the dog have scheduled play or activity during the day.

 

Is the dog on a schedule for potty breaks or does the dog tell you when he wants or needs to go outside?

 

Since assertive behavior like you are describing can often be related to conflict with leadership rules it is vital to troubleshoot this step first.  After, it would be very helpful to put a link to a video in the forum.  Uploading to youtube and making it “unlisted” is usually the best way to do it.
