    Hi Maria,

    Yes, this just sounds like a sloppy approach that will leave you with more side effects than fixes.  I checked the website and I can see no signs of formal education about dog behavior or training besides just a “natural” ability and the fact that they are allowed to take money to train other people’s dogs.

    I would personally call my losses, and work with Navy yourself under the supervision of private trainer or by asking questions here.

    You can try contacting Sybl Saisselin. She is a member of the site, a professional trainer, and in your area.
