Fighting against mother nature (not the best way):

Use the Premack Principle:

“Fight” is more motivational than “bite”

Consider other commands besides “out” if”:

  • the dog needs “rehab” from a bad experience with “out”
  • It is more efficient to use another command. Sometimes “out” in an unnecessary step.
