As far as I am aware no, no hand correction, so I don’t really see where the fear comes from. In fact most correction so far has been verbal and/or jerking on lead.

wrt leadership chart, I would rate most areas as Provided, tending towards Entitled on the Affection area. This is mainly down to the fact that when she comes to me for affection, I generally  provide it on demand – which looks like a bad thing to do.
As for the circumstance, it typically occurs when she is surprised by a sudden hand movement when she is resting, which makes me suspect that it is fear aggression, rather than resource guarding etc. Â She does not normally display any aggression during training and goes into down/sit quite happily, although sometimes at a very slow pace.
