About:
Ara was my first protection dog who accompanied me to job sites in high-risk areas where I worked alone late at night. Her presence gave me a sense of security, knowing that she was capable of protecting me in case of intruders or break-ins. Ara was a well-balanced, reliable, and obedient dog with excellent genetics and temperament, making her the perfect candidate for being a protection dog. After Ara and Tazer passed away, I sought to find another German Shepherd Dog that could be my companion and protector. I decided to purchase Kiba from Ara's bloodlines, hoping that he would inherit the same traits as his great-grandmother. My goal is to train him in the same field of work and make him my next protection dog. I believed that Kiba has the potential to become just as trustworthy and capable as Ara, and I was willing to invest the time and effort needed to train him properly. Overall, I am grateful for the years I spent with Ara and Tazer, and I look forward to creating a new bond with Kiba as we work together to keep us safe.

First video.

Kiba Phrase 1 - Heel & down on and off leash in the public access area using body language and marker "good boy or dog".  Teaching the behaviors before adding the word command. Additionally, Kiba has been taught to bring the leash when drop to prevent the dog from running away if the handler is no longer in control of having the leash. (service assistance dog requirement). Kiba has been taught with e-collar the pager function as a cue and nick function as a reinforcer for non-compliance.
