I give my dog too much petting and attention. I have to work on how to be the leader. Im looking for any information on this! We are competeting in Rally Obedience, we have received the RN title and look forward to moveing on up. We are also taking classes for agility. She has some resorce guarding going on, with food and bed or resting places. Sometimes growls at me when I go to pet her when she is resting. So, like I said I need the help for me to learn what is good, and what is bad. She does ignore me if she is loose outside, and I am out with her. I need ideas on how to fix that. I do have toys I play with her only with, and do not let her have unless I initciate it.
