I’d personally walk away. During onboarding, did they try and find out what your dog was needing to work on and tell you how they’re going to work through those? I could be wrong but it sounds to me that they’re trying to fit a square peg in a round hole and just trying to do a one size fits all approach with your dog. Also, if they’re making your dog yelp with the stim, then it’s too high and not an appropriate working level for your dog. Any type of pressure should just be enough not overbearing. The only time a stim should be that high is in dire situations where your dog’s or anyone else’s life or wellbeing is going to be jeopardized IMO. Maybe finding privates with someone who will take a little bit more time with Navy is a better solution.
