This book is one the most popular dog training books ever written. The obedience section which was first published in 1962 is still very popular today and still boasts a 4 1/2 star rating on Amazon in all versions of the book.
It is arguably one of the most influential dog training books in history. The techniques and the ATTITUDES that are portrayed throughout William (Bill) Koehler's writing have been inherited by generations of new trainers, especially in the working dog world.
