I know you have been down to K9-1 for a consult. So I am not sure if I am missing any information, but it sounds like it could be a anxiety issue. Has he always used a crate?
Any changes in his routine?
Do you give him anything like a Kong or bone etc when he is in the crate to keep him busy? (I know he has food aggression).
