    Sounds like you are doing a great job with Rue so far. Lets.do some troublehooting:

    Have you tried keeping a housebreaking chart? This will help to pinpoint trends of accidents . Then you can make adjustments to avoid them.

    How often is she having accidents? Daily /weekly? Just urine or poop too?
    Does she drink a lot of water?
    Does she let you know when she has to go out (with or without bells) ?

    You mention that she doesn’t like to go outdoors. Does.she.play outdoors?
    Does she keep her crate clean?

    Some.dogs have no.issue using a potty area when presented with it but wont hold it until they get there
    You can try using a crate or penned in area that you know she will keep clean. This can help her learn to hold her urine despite.”feeling” like she has to go. Walk play walk crate. Etc
