    raw bones don’t splinter the same way as cooked bones. The first dog I saw eating raw was eating raw chicken wings and my jaw dropped, but I since seen lots of dogs eating raw chickens. What’s left of the bone turns into a powder by the time it comes out the other end. The grinder is a good idea if you want to play it extra safe.
