    Thank you!!!! That’s helpful…I can see through this conversation that I really need to focus on organizing my thoughts…. and the way that I think when I am giving a critique because all of the things that you talked about are things that I do, but why didn’t they come to mind when I was looking at the video…. I definitely need more practice. It’s an area I need to focus on and grow in…. this all gives me something to think about and work on. I’m grateful for the opportunity to improve!!!!
