I agree with your comments Allie, and I agreed with most of what they said. I just felt that Hilliard’s comments on Lima where incorrect which is not surprising since he said he had only a passing knowledge of it. The others didn’t chime in to correct him. This is unfortunate because these are some of the most well known and respected trainers and scientists and will be seen as the authority on the subject by many. Do we have an obligation to post a clarifying response?
