yea i had a hard time trying to decipher this one haha. i just associate the name with a Que to pay attention in some way that you are about to get a command, at least that’s how i always did it. i never expected the dog to have to look at me except for in the begging because it made the training easier but i did fade off that over time, i guess i should be more clear on that part, thanks! When i finish the obedience portion of the course I’m going to simplify my instruction in my videos, so it makes a little more sense to clients, because I’ve used some of these to give examples and some of them get lost in the sauce.
