Curious, why would it be a conditioned punisher and not a discriminative stimulus? A conditioned punisher would mean that a punishment is coming if they do not stop a behavior. Since they have not started a behavior to be punished the leg cue would be a discriminative stimulus in which punishment or no punishment (which is then a reinforcer) is contingent on their response to the cue (discriminative stimulus of the leg). Just trying to follow the logic under operant terms.
