    Here was one of our last sessions. She is a little excited and distracted due to drive balance issues caused by her health, but she tries so hard. Aller means to retrieve the item, return into the heel position, and hold it until I put my hand down to take it. The goal was to do this under shotgun fire (which we got to do once before she passed). My purpose was to prove that the forced retrieval could be done without any of the classical methods used in hunting competitions or applications. No ear blowing, twitching, or jamming the dog up. FSDT is truly amazing. I am so grateful.<div>
    </div><div>She learned to do the whole behavior in the kitchen, close quarters. Then we did it in new environments including the hunting field, shooting range, and in different water presentations.
