It seems that holding owners more accountable for their dogs and upholding leash laws would help more than breed bans.If people had to pay large fines for off leash dogs or dogs that cause injuries to other animals or people maybe that would help more.I walk my personal dogs daily in a local park and it drives me nuts when people let their dogs run loose and get offended when I don’t want them to come up and say hi to my dogs. Most of the time the loose dogs also have zero recall and that’s the owners fault 100%.I guess it’s easier to blame the dog than the bad owner.
