Nicely written! In luring itself I would more focus on the luring first and then do separate instruction for seat or down as they a bit more difficult for the dog to do. Especially if you dealing with untrained adult dogs which you will most likely do all the time.
I love the way you showed how dog can follow you hand first with treat and then without. And that you can ask dog to come on the objects.
