Bowdrie

'Desert-dump' rescued 3 months ago.  Bowdrie is a large and very strong neutered (2 yr old?) American style (narrow chested) Doberman. He has a nice disposition and doesn't seem to be agressive. We met him 11/17/2020 and brought him home.

His wild leash manners have already improved, but when he does pull he is very hard to control. He's learning quickly to sit, heel, shake, and stabilize (pressure on shoulders). Jumping up and humping behaviors have lessened dramatically. Bathing went easier than anticipated, too 🙂

His first encounter with stairs was comical, and he is overcoming his shyness in jumping over obstacles. He like balls and knotted ropes.

Rescue stated that he was friendly towards other dogs and this seemed fairly obvious in videos and at the time of our meeting.
