Off topic sorta, I was actually able to get the law amended in my town from “leash law” to “control law” and the Ecollar is covered under that law now, if I can see that the dog is 100% in control by the owner most of us don’t bother in most areas, usually only city police or animal control would make a fuss about it or if they were near the road in a crowded busy area.
