Things are still getting better.
I do notice that Slate does great with the leave it command with us with food or a toy or something else but when it comes to telling him to leave it regarding Cheyenne, when he’s pissed at her, it’s like he can’t even hear us. The only things that seem to work are a high pitch noise and saying come on doggies or making me seem more interesting like running around or something like that. If he is growling at her I could only make Cheyenne leave it which I feel like puts him in charge because she’s always walking away.
It’s like he’s in a red zone right away and she just doesn’t listen to him. I guess she’s stubborn like that.
