its worth GOLD thank you Art! Something to consider: we use corrections and punishment definitively. Therefore in phase 2 the dog is getting corrections: guidance to get the right answer. In phase 3 the dog is receiving punishment: something motivational enough to discourage the repetition of a behavior. I would probably change that in this rewrite before sharing it with a client. I do not want to moosh definitions punishment is indeed motivational. A correction by definition is like a tap on the shoulder.
