Update on Hunter’s progress. What a great learning experience, he is certainly an advocate for himself. I just can’t even with how amazing FSDT is. Being able to understand dominance and leadership, and the handlers progress and abilities makes it possible to be honest and actually help these difficult cases with dedicated owners. What a blessing to be able to feel good about the training! Hunter is NOW receiving corrections with gentlemanly grace, so long as they are predictable, he is no longer avoiding his momma, viewing corrections as conflict, or sitting like a mule at the door. He is engaged during their interactions. We still have a long way to go but we are working at their pace, so I am TRYING to practice patience and gratitude!
