Worked on heel again this morning and saw major improvement. I was able to use less corrections, and there was better understanding from Zena with warnings. Very happy and impressed. We would take short breaks to work on sit and down. Saw improvement there as well but not as much. I want to make a goal for at the end of two week to be able to walk a third ,if not more, of the mile trail without corrections. Going to try to work with Zena some more this evening
