I took Cobbler for a walk in town around 8pm when it’s almost dark and things are fairly quiet. Since he drew blood on a neighbor that morning, I decided to muzzle him. All in all he did very well.

Exiting the car was bad because a person with a GSD on a 6 foot lead asked me a question – the GSD veered in our direction and Cobbler immediately ran out to head him off and barked aggressively.

After that though we quickly got to work with heeling, sits, moving forward and backward as needed when he pulled on the leash. He kept attention very well and took to the lure well. We gave passing people a wide girth; he kept his attention on me and ignored the people. When he did look at them he was calm. We did not encounter any dogs.
